quickr.network is a website (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as a “platform”) which, based on the user query entered displays pricing results of internet/private telecommunications access services. The user has then the option of selecting none, one or a number of the resultant services for order, the services selected will be delivered by the managed service provider selected by the customer.
quickr.network provides a service which enables businesses to compare several prices for products and services, as well as product information from the providers on our website. This will enable you make an informed decision before proceeding to your chosen provider for further information.
When it comes to the providers who offer their services via the quickr platform, quickr does not choose favourites. We offer impartial and independent comparison.
We set out below the important points for you to note when using our platform. These summary points are not part of our Terms and Conditions and are for reference only. Before using our platform, we recommend that you read all our Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are happy with them. We suggest that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
You must provide accurate and complete information when using this platform so that we can provide appropriate pricing. If you input incomplete or incorrect information whilst using this platform the results will not be valid.
All information data and copyright material contained on this platform must not be reproduced or used without our consent.
We provide a pricing service and a pathway (if you wish to proceed to order) to a procurement process of the priced service where you will enter into a separate agreement with a service provider, you should check their terms and conditions to ensure that you are comfortable with them.
These Terms and Conditions set out the TS &Cs of the quickr.network platform not those of the service providers who offer their services on the quickr.network platform.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this platform.
1.2 By using this platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you should not use this platform.
1.3 We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will give you notice of any changes by posting those changes on this platform. We will not vary any terms and conditions which you previously agreed whilst using this platform. However, any amended Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of this platform from the date they are posted and if you do not agree with the amended Terms and Conditions, you are entitled to stop using this platform at that time.
Use of This Platform
2.1 By using this platform you agree that:
2.1.1 You will not do anything that affects the integrity or security of this platform or causes or may cause harm, damage, or unreasonable inconvenience to other users of this platform or us; and
2.1.2 You will not gather, extract, download, reproduce and/or display or advertise on any other platform, other online or off-line service or otherwise, any material on or from this platform, including but not limited to information relating to network services, whether that information has been gained using spiders, data mining, trawling or other 'screen scraping' software or system used to extract data.
2.2 If you breach any of the clauses set out at 3.1 above, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including denying you access to this platform, bringing legal proceedings against you and disclosing such information to appropriate legal and/or regulatory bodies.
3.1 You must only use the 'quickr.network platform for legitimate business price comparison and network service procurement purposes.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you supply to us or enter onto this platform is complete and accurate, so please double-check your information before submitting it.
4.1 We provide a service which enables you to compare several prices for products and services and decide based on those comparisons. You may proceed to order selected services via the quickr.network web site but your service contract for provision and management for all procured services will be with the chosen service provider.
4.2 We do not provide a recommendation or endorsement of product or service providers.
4.3 The information you give us is used by the product or service provider to formulate their quote. Therefore, it is important that you double-check all information to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
4.4 These Terms and Conditions and our correspondence with you will be communicated in the English language.
Validity of Quote
5.1 Quotes displayed are valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date the quote was saved on the quickr.net platform. Service conditions for each provider product can be found by following the Service conditions on the quickr.net home page. Prices and service conditions are updated and amended on a regular basis, so price and service comparisons are subject to change.
Delivery of Quotes
6.1 quickr does not determine whether service is or will be available at a specific address. Availability of service at an address and the applicable rate are determined through the applicable ordering and pre-ordering processes.
Although quickr attempts to provide current and accurate results at the point of the quote request, the information provided may vary with the information that is valid at the point of order. quickr is not liable for any errors or omissions or lack of service availability at the point of the initial quote offer, at the point of order or post site survey, or for any damages alleged to have occurred in connection with the use of the Information.
6.2 You will receive the results of our pricing technology online.
6.3 Whilst we strive to provide as comprehensive and easy to use a service as possible, the requirements for your quote may not be met if such requirements are unusual, "non-standard" or "high risk". If this is the case, you can contact the quickr team directly to discuss your requirements.
6.4 All prices quoted are exclusive of local taxes where applicable.
Responsibility for Content
7.1 We are responsible for ensuring that we accurately reflect product or service quotes via our pricing technology. We are also responsible for statements of fact made to you by us and protecting your data in accordance with data protection legislation.
7.2 We will use our best endeavours to provide you with a quality service and virus free platform. However, we are not responsible for computer viruses or other computer related problems you suffer because of using this platform, which are beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that you use your own appropriate virus checking software.
7.3 Product or service providers and third-party websites are responsible for failings or errors on their websites and may have a separate duty of care to you.
7.4 You may be entitled to rights separate to these Terms and Conditions under English consumer law or other legislation.
7.5 We do not prevent or exclude our responsibility to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
8.1 You must not install or use the platform on a jail-broken or rooted device.
8.2 From time to time we may update the platform. You should always use the latest version of the platform to help ensure your account remains secure.
8.3 You must not share your quickr.network password or PIN (if applicable) with any third party.
9.1 All information, data and copyright material contained on this platform, including any trademarks (whether officially registered or unregistered), trade names, brands, logos, and devices belong to us or to people whom we have given ownership or permission to use such information data and/or copyright material. You must not use such information or copyright material unless you have written permission from us or the owner to do so.
9.2 You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on this platform for business use only, (i.e., to assist with a purchasing decision), if you are not otherwise breaching these Terms and Conditions.
11.1 We may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend, or terminate your right to use this platform if you:
11.1.1 Substantially breach any of these Terms and conditions.
11.1.2 Infringe or violate or attempt to infringe or violate any rights of any other user(s) of this platform and/or third parties in connection with this platform; or
11.1.3 If you are using this website to commit or attempt to commit a criminal offence.
12.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and will remain valid.
12.2 In the event of a dispute in connection with or arising out of these Terms and Conditions, English law will apply.
12.3 These Terms and Conditions will only apply as between us and you. Unless as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions no other person may benefit or rely upon these Terms and Conditions.

The main purpose for which we process your personal data is to provide you with services that you request from us through quickr.network (the Platform). We will also process personal and business data for other purposes, such as marketing (where you have consented), market research and fraud prevention. We will need to share some of your business data with some third parties, for example our partners, or any third parties that provide a service that you sign up for through the Platform. Where do we get the data from? From you
The data that we process will be data that we collect from you directly when you request a quote. We will not be able to provide a quote unless you input the data required.
Who is Processing your Data?
We are quickr.network and we are the data controller of the personal and business data that you provide on the Platform and/or that we collect about you. This means that we are the company responsible for deciding how your data is processed.
What do we use your data for?

Part 1 - Providing you with our services.
The business and personal data that we use for the purposes set out in this Part includes: your name, business contact details, business locations.
Providing you with a service and administering your account.
We use the data set out above to:
provide you with the internet access and other managed network service pricing that you request from us (which includes both sharing information with our partner managed service providers and tail circuit providers.
communicate with you about our services, for example send you confirmation emails regarding your quotes or your account details. When you obtain a quote with us, you may be sent confirmation of your quote by email so that you have a record of your quote and can easily retrieve your quote in the future.
manage, run, and administer your account if you choose to set up an account with our Platform.
help us build up a picture of you as a customer to ensure that we provide you with more relevant information, such as showing you the right content at the right time and sending you personalised communications;
and Data protection law says that we must tell you the legal basis on which we process your personal data. In relation to personal data used for providing you with a service and managing your account, we process this data because it is necessary to perform the contract that we have in place with you to provide you with our services.
Part 2 – Fraud Prevention
To prevent and detect fraud we and/or our partners and/or comparison service partners may use the personal data set out above at any time to:
Check and/or share your details with fraud prevention and detection agencies; and
Share information about you with other organisations including the police, where necessary and proportionate; and
Carry out analysis on data that is held to assist the identification of Fraud.
If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.
In relation to the personal data processed for fraud prevention, we process this on the basis that we have a legitimate business interest in carrying out these activities to help minimise the risk of fraud or crime occurring and in its detection.
Part 4 – Other Uses of Data
By registering as a user of the platform and by providing your details, you confirm you are happy to receive marketing material from us by email and telephone. We do not pass your data to other companies for their own marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on any of our marketing emails that we send you.
This will not impact any communications that we need to send you for the purpose of your quote, for example confirmation of your quote or your account details, notifications we need to send you regarding any rewards you have claimed or communications necessary for any other services we provide to you such as alerts or notifications when your new quotes are available.
From time to time, we may want to use your postal address, email address and/or telephone number to contact you to assist us with our research by asking you a few questions about the service you have received or by asking if you would like to complete a review of our services. We may sometimes ask market research companies to contact you on our behalf.

Research and Analysis Activities
We and our partners use data relating to your quotes, including the personal and business data you input to request your quotes and information about the contracts you have taken out, to carry out various research and analysis activities to help us to regularly review and improve the products and services we or our partners provide and carry out research. Where possible, data will be shared on an anonymised basis. The data will not be used to make any decisions that will affect you or any other individual.
We also use the data that we collect about you through your Platform usage to carry out research and analysis into usage and activities on our Platform to enable us to continue to improve our Platform and our products and services.
In relation to personal data used for the purposes described in this Part 4, we process this data because we have a legitimate business interest in carrying out these activities to promote and improve our business. We have ensured appropriate safeguards to protect your rights when processing this data for these purposes.
How long do we keep data?
We will only keep your personal data if we need it and ensure it is securely destroyed when it is no longer required. We do however need to keep certain data after we have provided you with your quotes for certain periods as detailed below.
Generally, you can expect us to keep your data for a period of 5 years from when you obtain your quote. If you have an account with us, we will keep your data while your account with us is active and then if you stop using your account, we will generally retain your data for a period of 5 years from that point (unless there is a requirement for us to keep the data for longer, for example if there are any ongoing queries or claims relating to your quotes).
We keep data for these periods as it plays an important part in allowing us to undertake fraud detection and prevention activities, allows us to deal with any queries or complaints that may arise regarding quotes that have been provided and allow us to carry out research and analysis to help us improve our products and services (as described in the section headed "What do we use your data for?" above).
Data protection law gives you various rights in relation to your personal and business data. All the rights set out below can be exercised by contacting us using the contact details set out under the "Contacting us" section below. Please note that we can only deal with requests to exercise these rights where they relate to personal data that we process as data controller. If you send us a request which relates to personal data processed by one or more of our partners or comparison service providers as data controllers, we will direct you to the appropriate service provider(s).
